Marvel's Avengers

Role: Game Designer
Studio: Virtuos in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics
Platforms: PC, Xbox series, Xbox One, PS5, PS4

Designed, documented and developed boss fights like Modok for the multiplayer mode as part of a large multidisciplinary team, including engineers, designers, animators, technical animators, VFX artists, and QA testers.

Legends of the Past

Role: Producer

Supporting Iterative Games as a producer on Legends of the Past, a mobile free-to-play brawler. I recruited the team from scratch and now ensure they have a solid framework to produce a high-quality game within the given deadlines.

Paleo Clash

Role: Producer, Game Designer
Project state: Vertical slice

Led the creation of a party game's vertical slice with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, artists, and sound designers. I was responsible for the creative vision, quality, budget, and publisher relationships. Originally a student project, then I sold the vertical slice to Virtuos.

Project Management

  • Led multiple AAA feature teams and indie projects, up to 23+ people, while fostering a healthy environment

  • Mentored two associate producers

  • Structured multiple backlogs of AAA and indie games using Jira, Hansoft, and Trello

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile framework, adapting processes to team needs and project scope

  • Identified and mitigated risks while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders

  • Providing clear quality targets for teams by using conditions of satisfaction and feature gradings

  • Implemented pipelines to control the quality while optimizing team efficiency (levels, characters, enemies, ...)​

  • Organizing internal and external quality reviews (audience playtest, expert review, usability playtest)​

  • Experienced in game design, which allowed me to identify quality discrepancies and challenge the teams.

Business Management​

  • Built two new client relationships at Virtuos, with American studios (Austin, Montreal) based on trust and positivity

  • Identified and concluded upselling opportunities (+150% upsell on a co-development project at Virtuos)

  • Managed 5 international business proposals, being responsible for production strategy, staffing, and budget​

  • Led 6-month negotiations with Virtuos CEO to sell Paleo Clash vertical slice​

General Management

  • Led a game division audit at Virtuos to identify issues and propose solutions related to service organization, project quality, and team efficiency (reported to Head of Game Division)

  • Collaborated with General Managers and Heads of Business Units to build and improve their strategy (Paris, Montpellier, Engineering, R&D). Process was: diagnosis > vision > objectives > organization > kickoff > monitoring
